Electronic Scale Setup Platform (TransAm / NASCAR / GT)

The platform is made up of two of what we call "pontoons", (the parts that hold the scales) plus bridges between pontoons and ramps to get up onto them. The pontoons are constructed entirely of rivetted and bonded top grade 6061 t6 aluminum that because of its high alloy content is very stiff and tough. The floor of this platform is made of heavier material than standard and it is supplied with six (6) levelling feet. There are endcaps on the pontoons made of polished 316 stainless steel that are both durable and good looking. The platform is currently only available with 4" high pontoons weighing 85 lbs. each. A vendor supplies the levelling feet that are cadmium plated 3/4" unc thread with swivel bases and socket drive tops. The bridges and ramps 2" x 6" bridges channel. We have designed the platform to accept 3500 lbs. with no appreciable deflection or distortion and it can be configured for anthing from Nascar trucks to IRL cars.
