  • FREE SAME DAY SHIPPING is Pre-Paid 1-2 Business Day delivery on most items ordered by 9:00 pm EST (except where noted -- see below) in the continental USA. A delivery area surcharge of $2.25 is applied to each ground package delivered to residences in certain outlying zip codes as determined by the freight carrier.
  • Additional delivery days may apply to some items, such as hazardous items, mounted tires and wheels, oversize items, truck freight items, select zip codes, and remote delivery areas.
  • A handling charge will be added to the subtotal of an order:

  • Canadian orders are subject to Shipping, Brokerage, and GST fees.
  • All items designated "Truck Freight" will be invoiced an additional $99, $109, $149, $179, $199 or $209 depending upon weight. This price includes to-your-door delivery to your chosen destination. Please call for shipping prices on welded frames.

    Due to certain freight carriers' specifications, some parts are subject to:

     

  • Oversize Charge of $8.99 (Items classified as oversize 3 have an additional charge of $59.99)
  • Non-Box Charge of $8.99
  • Hazardous materials must be shipped by ground at an additional $22.99 per item, in addition to our normal handling charges.

  • Shipping Issues

    Damaged Products:
    If your product was damaged during shipping, you must contact the shipper (ex. FedEx, UPS) within 48 hours of receiving the product. At that time you will need to file a damage claim with the shipper and NOT with us.

    Products Lost In Shipping:
    Bruces Speed Shop is not responsible for a package that gets lost in shipping. However if the freight company (ex. FedEx or UPS) deems the package as lost, we will ship out a replacement of the same item. Please remember we will only ship out a replacement if the freight company claims it as lost.

    APO Shipping:
    Bruces Speed Shop is not responsible for a package that gets lost in shipping when shipping to an APO.

    Outside the Continental U.S.:
    Bruces Speed Shop  ships all over the world. No matter where you are, order from us and we can get your product to you. All orders outside the Continental U.S. must ship Air Freight. This includes Hawaii, Alaska and Canada.

    Ordering On-line or by Phone:
    When ordering online or by phone, please make sure to give the correct information about your vehicle application. Our sales team at Bruces Speed Shop can only send you the correct parts based on the information given by the customer at the time of the order. We cannot be held responsible for an item not fitting or working correctly, if the customer has given incorrect information. At this point the customer will be responsible for shipping and handling charges. If we see that the right information was given and the customer was sent the wrong part, at that point it would be our fault, and Bruces Speed Shop  will take action to correct the problem.

    WARNING: DO NOT attempt to use a fraudulent credit card or check to make purchases from Bruces Speed Shop . We use sophisticated software to prevent credit card fraud. Any attempt to do so will result in legal action.
